THIS WEEK: Ice Cube comes up against his most formidable foe, himself. Cube stars in TWO movies this weekend Higher Learning(Saturday and Sunday at 7:30pm[ET]) and Trespass(Friday and Saturday at 10pm[ET]). He’s a bad ass in both films but it’s up to you to decide which movie he showed Cube at his coolest.
Higher Learning: In John Singleton’s classic look at race and higher education, Cube plays Fudge, a “super senior” who takes NO stuff. In this scene, he rushes a frat house after learning someone committed the number one sin — calling a Black woman the B word. Watch and judge.
Trespass: Ice Cube teamed with fellow rapper/actor/chilled beverage Ice-T for the action-drama Trespass which finds a group of criminals and treasure seekers facing off in an abandoned building. Cube plays tough guy Savon who is more likely to shoot first and ask questions later. Watch and judge.
