PRES. OBAMA CALLS OUT FOX NEWS
“First of all, I’ve got one television station entirely devoted to attacking my administration…And you’d be hard-pressed, if you watched the entire day, to find a positive story about me on that front,” the President states after being asked if the media was not critical enough of his administration.
If you’ve had five minutes to check out FOX News, you’d know that the President was on point when he made this statement in reference to the channel. If there were an Obama Hater guide, along with Dick Cheney and Rev. Manning, FOX News would notably be among the top.
While there are talks around the water cooler that the Obama administration is treading a fine line of being overexposed and under-criticized, what FOX News does bring to the table is another point of view. That alone, could be the instrument to keep Obama on his toes, out of scandal and among the most revered Presidents in US history.

I think it may help, but it should not be borderline on mean and hateful media either. They never report anything good he does. They only report what they find wrong.
I still have a bit of a grudge with FOX News back when they called Michelle Obama “Barack’s Baby’s Mama.” This is an educated woman who is married to this man! “Baby’s Mama” is probably the worst thing you can call a woman short of “ho” or “b*tch.” I have yet to hear an apology about that so I am not holding my breath on FOX News saying anything positive about Obama.

Barack, I support you a million percent,Barack is doing a good job and Fox News is blind to see it, Fox News don’t want to see it cause they have alot of jelousy.
The question for discussion should be — Is FOX News anti-Obama and MSNBC pro-Obama? Fair and balance discussion – no pun intended.
That fox “news” is very biased to the radical right wing and corporatist viewpoints has always been obvious.
Fox News should not even be considered a legitimate source of journalism. They are unable to remain unbiased nor objective. Yes, the news media should be the outlet for the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to our political leaders and especially our President. But to emotionally incite fear and provoke outrageous rumors should not be part of the mix. Which brings me right back to my first statement about Fox News to being a legitimate source of journalism.
FOXNews lost legitimacy a long time ago with me. I work for an NBC Affiliate where I live and FOX is basically considered a joke among us!
To give another example, I am a wrestling fan and remember when that whole ugly Chris Benoit thing happened two years ago? Well, I know others did this too but FOX was very blatant in the way they tried to paint this individual as on “roid rage.” While he a steriod user at one time and did have it in his home, toxicology reports later came out that he did not have the drug in his system at the time of the murders! Only NBC even acknowledge this at all while FOX basically didn’t say anything that I am aware of!
Another example is when they accussed Rachel Ray (Rachel Ray?!) of supporting the Taliban because of a scarf she wore in a Dunkin’ Donuts commercial! That type of scarf as been worn in American culture for years! That’s as silly as when they accussed Barack and Michelle of terrorism and racism because of the now famous fistbump they did before Barack did a speech! I guess former NBA players Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Larry Bird are terrorists too since they used to do a similiar fist bump during their days in the NBA when they would play each other!
FOXNews is pretty much a joke. A rarely watch them. Besides, any network that will higher that hack Glen Beck is on crack! I think Martin Parker summed it up better than I did. Just thought I’d throw out some examples they’ve done in the past.

I don’t think the president needs help to be among the most revered Presidents in US history.
If this was a real war between Fox News and the Obama Administration, you would be hearing reports about the September 8th and October 5th “Obama KBC and Eligibility Hearings’ in Santa Ana, California.
Unfortunately, the only one covering this story happens to be a ‘birther’ as well as a ‘truther’. (Both derogatory terms meant to ridicule facts and conspiracy theories alike.) An unfortunate coincidence, since one of these beliefs is clearly on the lunatic fringe.
Fox News has been touting their respect for the U.S. Constitution and that is what is really making Obama, his ‘true believers’ and ‘fellow travelers’ nervous. Imagine this:
What if Fox News reported that a Citizen Grand Jury has found Obama guilty of TREASON!? (First time for a sitting President of the United States)
What if they reported that Major Cook had his case against Obama’s eligibility to issue orders as Commander in Chief dismissed by order of this administration?
What if they reported that Obama’s Kenyan Birth Certificate has been entered into evidence, complete with an affidavit from the man that obtained it in Mombassa?
What if they reported that Judge David O. Carter has officially ordered a date certain for a jury trial on Obama’s eligibility as a Natural Born Citizen?
What if they reported that Nancy Pelosi illegally submitted forty-nine (49) signed and notarized versions of Obama’s Certification of Nomination and only one (1) proper one to the State of Hawaii?
What if they reported that Obama’s very first ‘Presidential Executive Order’ was to seal up all of his records? (Including birth certificate, college and health records.)
What if they reported on his various secret agreements with Islamic radical regimes around the world? (Starting with his cousin Odinga and the Muslims of Kenya and Somalia; as well as Iran, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, to name a few.)
Yes, I think a war with Fox News would look quite different.
Instead, Fox News ha gone way out of their way to be respectful to the Office of the President, to play it ‘fair and balanced’ by presenting both sides of every issue – and they have chosen, right or wrong – to ignore the Constitutional and Birth Certificate stories.
The Obama administration, by contrast has chosen to embrace deception, manipulation and outright lies. (With CNN, MSNBC, and the rest of the main-stream media acting as cheer leaders and looking the other way.)
Maybe if Fox News had more respect for their viewers than they have for the unworthy and questionable ‘occupier’ of the White House, they would report everything. Maybe they need to remember that respect is not an automatic right and must be earned, even by the President of the United States. What ever happened to “we report, you decide”?
