PRES. OBAMA MAKES HISTORY AGAIN!

If Michael Jackson is the King of Pop, R. Kelly is the self-proclaimed King of R&B and Bobby Brown is questionably the Kang of that same genre then it seems more than fair to crown President Obama the King of Political History. How is that possible? It’s simple. Not only did he become the First African American president; he has also been able to make history during his administration.
Think Eric Holder and stem cell research. The most recent example is the confirmation of Judge Sonia Sotomayor. Sotomayor is now the nation’s first Hispanic Supreme Court justice. As a daughter of immigrants, she rose from a Bronx housing projects to become a well-respected legal professional. She is officially a member of what could be the most historical presidential administration ever.
What do you think? Is Pres. Obama the King of Political History?

well yes he is simply because he is a black man. i may not like all of his policies but then i do not like the policies of past prez. he is a god man with good intentions. so way to go
Bush: First woman national security adviser; First Hispanic attorney general, first black Secretary of State (male), First black secretary of state (female);first black education secretary;
first Asian-American (woman) cabinet member etc.
History also shows that Presidents Clinton, Bush 1, Reagan etc all created political history.
Before we start throwing around titles, lets review history first.
Will, I often disagree with you but this time you’ve hit the nail on the head. History is not appreciated by most even though much of it repeats itself. Obama is no king of politics or political history especially looking at his voting record while he was a Senator. In my eyes, he’ll never be king of politics especially establishing a gay pride month for gays, lesbo’s, and transgender people! Just like everybody always say its too soon to criticize him for doing whatever……its too soon to declare him king of politics. He’s only been here 7 months! That’s like T.I. claiming he was the “King of the South” on his first album. Just forget about everybody that came before him right? Get Real!

Yes, he is the King of Political History. Open and honest govenment, who would have believed such a thing could exist? The appointment of Sotomayor could have almost a 40 year affect on our Judicial Branch. He’s only been in office a little over 200 days. Greater things to come!
