Governor Paterson indicated on Meet the Press that The White House had concerns, but did not actually ask him
not to run. Irrespective of whether The White House did or did not, Governor Paterson needs to “do the right thing” for New York and “do the right thing” for the party. Set aside his ego and at the do what’s right to ensure Democrates get a victory. At the end of the day that’s what really matters. I just hope he is astute enough to set aside his ego and ensure a victory. If he doesn’t it will hurt him politically in the future and hurt the party. He said on Meet the Press he still intends to run, but I think he’s posturing. With an 80% disapproval rating he won’t win and he needs a quick dose of reality. Last but not least just because the President is Black and he is Black is of no effect. The Democrates need to win and at the end of the day that’s what really matters.
Intersesting, Ill have to follow this
So Roland why does not the vice preident or the president want to listen to this big ideal that could help many many kids with there health insurance ?
