President Obama knows that he will have to seriously court reconciliation. Republicans are not going to cooperate. They are determined to bury Obama in enough “no” votes to make him appear weak and ineffective. On the campaign trail they will brag that President Obama did not know how to govern, the reason he could not get any legislation passed. They will boast that his own party would not vote in his favor.Republicans, and many Democrats, are not taking care of the people’s business. They are about lobbyist money under the table and getting reelected. I applaud the President for continuing to give it the old college try. He’s acting like an adult in charge of a troubled country. It’s too bad that he can’t get the cooperation he needs to get America back in shape to run this economic marathon.

Roland I am thankful for a show like yours. When I’m watching screaming my views through the TV and then you chime in say exactly what I was saying! I have to say we agree on majority if the conversations/issues. Now after saying that I will say this I used to keep an open mind about who will vote for. I didn’t side with party I sided with the issues, but after this President no more! I will never vote Republican again not that I did it often! They are playing with the American people lives. They don’t want to pass any bills that may make The President look good to the American People because they want the presidency back! They don’t want nothing good to happen for the President and they are wiiling to through the American People under bus just for their on selfish wants (presidency) and they want the President to go down so they can lift themselves up! I’m getting sick of politics and politicians at this moment that its making me sick to my stomach! 1hy don’t we write the rules for politics and should go a little something like this: remove all party titles no dnc and rnc just independence. Now you have no politicals parties just John Doe and Paul Doe and their issues then you have no choice, but listen to what they have to say or what they did right or wrong in their pasts. I rather the topics, focus’, issues and even the past if that’s all I have to go on at least there are more chances to finding some truth or proof versus hiding behind a political party title! We will continue prosper with that way of thinking that’s we have gone through a lot in the last 8 years and we are still feeling it because the republicans and some democrats don’t want us to revolve as a nation in a positive fashion! If President Obama create jobs do you know what this may mean for the other party possibly 2 term presidency oh know they can’t allow that to happen! So u know those cheating tactics that’s pulled for Bush’s second term they have to top that by not voting anythings maybe a benefit the the American People! Let’s sacrifice the well being of the American People so we can get the presidency seat and etc. back! I think we need to protest by packing up the entire country and moving to Canada after President Obama’s term (s) is/are complete! I think The President need to do like he did on the campaign trail go out to the cities and see what we want ask the actual “American People” then you can’t wrong because the polls is not the correct numbers. Break the bill down to basic american terms such as you will be responsible for …, you can choose your doctor, you can’t do this but you can do that! If my healthcare is free I don’t care who is in charge as long as my doctor is not upset because that what matters! If my doesn’t get his proper pay then he’s not going to care his patients well being! All parties needs to satisfied, patient, doctor and whomever fitting the bill if Government then the Government!
