TMZ reports that Shaquille and Shaunie O’Neal shot a pilot for a reality show prior to Shaunie’s filing for legal separation.

THE SPIN
According TMZ, the O’Neals have been pitching out a show called Love Shaq, which sought to show off their family life. But, obviously, that’s not going to pan out given Shaunie just filed for legal separation and the two are on the verge of a nasty divorce. However, A&E is apparently “considering” whether or not to purchase the show.

It’s interesting to read reports that Shaq and Shaunie sought to follow the Jessica Simpson/Nick Lachey model for reality TV relevance. I say interesting because word around LA is that Shaunie’s been pitching a show on life as an NBA wife, or life after I should say for a few months now.

She’ll certainly have a lot to show off if some network picked up the latter option. Would you want to watch, though? And don’t lie to me ya’ll, because the blog comments on the subject of NBA wives don’t lie!

Shaquille O’Neal reportedly has a live-in stripper girlfriend in Cleveland.

THE SPIN
Shaunie O’Neal is having the best week ever.

While some may suggest that she’s likely brokenhearted about her divorce, with word that she’s been planning this move for a while one can’t only think Shaunie’s smiling because the dirt that keeps coming is making her settlement look all the more lucrative.

First, there was word that Shaq was cheating on Shaunie with a woman named Laura Govan, who just so happened to be both Shaunie’s friend and Gilbert Arenas’ fiancé.

And now there’s talk that Shaq has a live-in girlfriend – some stripper he met in Cleveland.

The YBF put Shaq on full blast writing:

Our reliable source who’s been giving us all the Shaq/Shaunie/Laura (Gilbert Arenas‘ fiance) drama just gave us some more juice. Mr. O’Neal has some other stuff brewing in Cleveland, besides his new divorce papers from Shaunie. We’re told he has another woman–and her one year old baby–living with him in Cleveland. And she’s a stripper who formerly worked at The Diamond Club (now called Tiffany’s) in Atlanta. Remember those rumors a while back of Shaq messing around with an exotic dancer? Seems there may be some truth to it…

You would think after Karrine Steffans wrote about their sordid affair in a best-selling book that Shaq would learn to keep his business private (or you know, not cheat on his wife).

To those who might ask, “What about their pre-nup?” word is the person who drafted it used some sketchy terminology that completely nullifies the agreement. Ergo, it’s a free for all and a messy public divorce never turns out well for the cheating husband.

Too bad, so sad.

Rashad McCants claims a segment from Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian’s reality show that aired earlier this year was staged.

THE SPIN
The Kardashians are famous because one member of the clan with a questionable backside had weak sex on tape with Brandy’s brother. Although they claim it wasn’t leaked to the Web on purpose those of us with clues know better.

Having said that, if one Kardashian becomes famous for certain fallacies why wouldn’t another stay famous for that same reason?

If you watch Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami you may recall one episode in which Khloe and Kourtney “hacked” into NBA star Rashad McCants’ voicemail in order to prove he was cheating on Khloe with another woman.

But according to Rashad the entire ordeal was staged.

The New York Post reports:

“He said the curvy sisters did not have his current phone number and he and Khloe “had already called it quits” in January, before the segment was even taped.”

Like OMG not everything on a reality show is real. Imagine that. But hey, if they’ll front for the fame from one athlete for their show, doesn’t it make you wonder about Khloe’s marriage to Lamar Odom?

Kim Kardashian tweeted about the couple’s wedding special that aired over the weekend. True love is wonderful…especially if it can help you get a spin-off show all your own, isn’t it?
