TYRESE TO EX: ‘GET A JOB’

THE FACTS
Radar Online reports that Tyrese has asked his wife, Norma Gibson, to find work in lieu of her asking for additional money in child support.

THE SPIN
I’ve been waiting for some celebrity baby daddy caught up to tell the baby mama who thinks a celebrity pregnancy is the same thing as winning the lotto to get a job for the longest.

Don’t get me wrong, men need to take responsibility for their actions. But, some of these child support cases seem ridiculously extra. Babies are cheap, but folks are asking for S-Class money to pay for diapers. Something seems amiss, and at least one guy is standing up to it.

In court papers Tyrese told his ex-wife, Norma Gibson that despite having a pre-nup agreement, he has “already paid $75,000 worth of respondents professional fees and costs for a marriage which lasted less than 10 months. Prior to this 10 month marriage, respondent and I entered into a prenuptial agreement which resolved all issues between us, other than those pertaining to our minor child.”

It gets better. Tyrese’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan said:
“Ms. Gibson can and should seek employment and is lawfully employable in the United States at this time.”

He told her to take a vocational exam. Ha!

TYRESE: ‘I MADE MISTAKES’

THE FACTS
Tyrese spoke about his divorce in an interview with Upscale magazine.

THE SPIN
Tyrese came right out and owned up to his own transgressions in the fallout of his marriage with Norma Gibson.

Speaking with Upscale magazine, Tyrese said, “I filed for divorce. I’m not perfect. I’ve made some major mistakes in the past and she has too.”

Although he and his soon to be ex-wife are not on the best terms, Tyrese says they will continue to have a relationship for the sake of their child.

Tyrese tells Upscale: “There’s a lot of people in your life that you do not necessarily get along with or are not on the same page with, and you’re still in their life. So do what you have to do so that you can do what you want to do, which is spend time with your child.”

HOW DOES TYRESE LIKE HIS WOMEN?

THE FACTS
Tyrese talks women and ink with In Style.

THE SPIN
Want to show Tyrese how much you care? Get it in ink.

The singer-actor-model told In Style:

“Tattoos are sexy. I love my name on a woman; it lets me know I’m serious.”

How hoodtastic of him to say.

That may mean something in Tyrese’s world, but to me all the girl did was spend $50 to get a tattoo she could easily cover up the minute you cut up or stop cutting the checks.

YOUR SPIN: Would you get a tattoo of your lovers name? Tell us here.
