Before I continue, let the record show that I’m only the messenger. Personally, the only substance I believe James Todd Smith abuses is chapstick, but once a rumor spreads one can’t help but notice.
So, don’t shoot the messenger for the sniff rumors.
Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, via Gossip Jacker:
Seems like the Ladies (Young Hollywood Blondes) don’t Love Cool James so much anymore…especially one pair of ladies who ran into LL on the L.A. night club circuit, late last month.
“He was sooooooo coked-up.” says one source. “LL Cool J is so yesterday…he was hot in like 1995.”
Our source tells us LL was drunk and high on cocaine, while he was attempting to do a solo rendition of a Lil Wayne song to the pair, before following the girls into the ladies’ room and trying to making out with them. The ladies tell us they were so turned off, adding, “Only in his dreams.”
LL being on cocaine is not new news to us…know why? Because we’ve heard it before. One stripper tells us that after meeting LL at her club (in the mid 90’s), the two went to her home. That’s where our source says LL was doing countless fat rails of cocaine, after he took a shower (with his hat on). Again, the incident went down in the mid-nineties– before LL went under the knife to get plastic surgery on his head.
Word is the NCIS star keeps in shape through the use of human growth hormones.
Between the steroids and the street drugs, James (LL) Todd Smith’s liver must be begging for a breath of fresh air. Even though he may look healthy on the outside, LL’s insides are quite the opposite. Don’t you agree?

whoa….i am shcoked.
It wouldn’t surprise me. To be as ripped at his age, he would have to work out almost to death! Not that it isn’t possible to be in his shape at his age naturally but you would have to strictly watch what you ate and you would have to work out at least 2 hours a day or more. I somehow don’t think he has that much time.
I hope not, especially on the steriods and cocaine rumors. Cocaine has downed many a man. As for steriods, don’t look no further than two of WWE’s guys Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit (two of my faves when they were living). While ‘roids didn’t ultimately do them in (Guerrero’s was heart failure while Benoit was significant brain damage), it did play a factor. Plus, it doesn’t do wonders on the “manhood.”
Bottom line is I hope this is just a rumor.

I don’t know if I believe that. I saw a work out video with him and his trainer on it and I could see why he would be that ripped with those exercises. I am going to pull back and wait on this one.
Yeah, I think that’s the best thing saintdiva1. Take a “wait and see” ‘tude with this one. As I said, it is possible to be that way naturally without roids.
That’s how rumors start. I can’t believe that one unless I hear him admit it himself. So just leave that one alone.
I don’t believe it at all. If he was on hard drugs it would show by now. I believe he may have turned the white girls down and they got pissed.

The last I’d heard about him, he was a health nut and seemed like a devoted family man. Why would someone START using drugs at his age? He probably has the time to work out for hours daily, so I’m not ready to believe it.

Karen, I really hope that is the case.
I don’t believe this, because at some point it would have to show on him in some way…but anything is possible. I thought the same thing littlebit did, these women got angry because he wasn’t giving the time of day, so lets try and mess up his good image he potrays, pluse the reports in the past are sporadic there is no consistent reporting about LL’s drug usage. Let’s take Whitney as an example eventually the stuff hit the fan and it became real public. Some time rumors are just that rumors.
I can’t believe that people are so simple minded to believe everything they hear. People are always saying things about black entertainers that are not true and running with it. Leave these people alone. If LL was on drugs he could not stay in such great shape. I’m telling you the God honest truth. He is under a ministry that is located in Jamaica Queens where he grew up and I also attend worship there. Cool J and his family are very active members. This man(LL Cool J) is not at all a drug abuser. LL. gives very much to the community and have a close relationship with his church family as if he is an ordinary person. He does not in anyway act shady towards us or thinks he is better. His wife(Simone) who he’s been married to as his high school sweet heart is a beautiful devout woman of the Lord and their children are mannerable.
I’m not saying he is perfect, but what I have witness about LL Cool J’s personage is descent character.
This story about LL Cool J is very tacky when people are private and don’t got no mess about their lives, there is always a jealous evil someone out there just trying to ruin reputations.

Since I don’t know the man personally, then I will take your word for it. I was just saying that I hope this is just a rumor that someone that’s hatin’ just began to make themselves feel good.
I don’t believe this is true. I met LL briefly a lonnng time ago. I later saw him in 2005 at a holy convocation (church conference). He was really humble praying on the alter at the service.
So many people talking without knowledge, it’s sad. As someone who is a health nut and P90X graduate (look up P90X if you’re lost), there is no way LL is on steroids. First of all, at his age, steroids would have destroyed his skin and he would have had rashes all over. Secondly, I know for a fact that LL hits the gym 6 days a week AND has worked out with Tony Horton (look him up too). Tony is 47 years old and is a world-renowned fitness expert who looks like he is 25 years old because he takes care of his body. I myself am 35 years old, and in the best shape of my life due to proper diet, weight training, cardio and kick-boxing. For folks to come here and start making assertions about LL using sterioids because he has a chiseled physique “at his age” shows a stunning lack of intelligence.
As for the cocaine claims, well…I can’t address that and will treat is as a rumor, nothing else. I’m somewhat taken aback at how quickly some folks here are willing to believe strippers’ claims though.

I’ve never seen any drug abuser who looked healthy, especially one who might be using cocaine. Even alcohol abuse shows on most people. The eyes reveal a lot about a person’s health and their habits. So, maybe you’re the one who lacks knowledge. And why are you being such an a**h***?
I do not know Mr. Smith, personally. However, I do know that what is important is what God’s word says.
The Bible tells us that “a perverse man stirs up dissension, and a gossip separates close friends” (Proverbs 16:28). Many a friendship has been ruined over a misunderstanding that started with gossip. Those who engage in this behavior do nothing but stir up trouble and cause anger, bitterness, and pain among friends and family. Sadly, some people thrive on this and look for opportunities to destroy others. And when such people are confronted, they deny the allegations and answer with excuses and rationalizations. Rather than admit wrong doing, they blame someone else or attempt to minimize the seriousness of the sin. “A fool’s mouth is his undoing, and his lips are a snare to his soul. The words of a gossip are like choice morsels; they go down to a man’s inmost parts” (Proverbs 18:7-8).
Those who guard their tongues keep themselves from calamity (Proverbs 21:23). So we must guard our tongues and refrain from the sinful act of gossip. If we surrender our natural desires to the Lord, He will help us to remain righteous. May we all follow the Bible’s teaching on gossip by keeping our mouths shut unless it is necessary and appropriate to speak.
Each time we sin against God’s word, we give satan open access to steal something special that God has planned for our lives.
