Joe Jackson has filed another lawsuit appealing last week’s court decision naming John Branca and John McClain has executors of Michael Jackson’s estate.

TMZ reports that Cat Daddy Jackson won’t rest until the Michael Jackson estate tricks him off some extra ends the way it used to back in the day.
Not taking the hint at a judge disagreeing with him, Papa Joe has filed an appeal claiming that the signature on his son’s last known will is forged. As a result, Joseph is demanding that John and John be booted as executors of Michael’s estate.
Can someone cut this man a check for a reality show already so he can stop this? What part of you weren’t named in the will and Michael doesn’t want you to have any of his money is he not understanding?
It won’t be long before he’s knocking on Blanket’s cubby asking for some of the stash in his piggy bank.

Like the good books says the wicked don’t prosper, and you reap what you sow. Joe stole away his childrens childhood and now he is getting it back in old age. He lived off Micheal and Janets hard work all their lives now his soft hearted son Micheal is gone and he getting no income. The father of Michael deserves just as
much money as his mom is getting. He
ought to just man up and go back to his wife and help raise those kids.
He deserves nothing, Michael didn’t want him to have anything, he didn’t leave him anything. He’s entitled to absolutely nothing. If Michael’s mother had any intention of reconciling with Joe, believe she would not have custody. Based on how Michael felt about his father and his childhood, he would not have wantrd his kids being around his father, as in raising them. This is why he has stipulated in his will the children are to go to Diana Ross if his mother passes.
Not at all, he got his while they were growing up. I think he profited off his children in the early stages of their careers, as management and father. They don’t have to take care of him unless they choose to. If he didn’t do the right thing with his own money thats not their problem. He’s been rewarded enough, let them have their lives now.

How was Joe living before June 25, 2009? Joe has an entourage of women. MJ left him out and the others for a reason. This all started when it was learned that Katherine cannot will any of her 40 percent. That while she lives she’ll be taken care of, but when she dies her 40 goes to Michael’s children. That’s when the new mess started. If Joe is going to have a bunch of women and big big daddy, it should be with his money. Not using MJ’s to support his trashy women.
